shipping

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services, offering fast, fully monitored delivery. Depending on your location, your parcel may be handed off to a local delivery service in your country.

We do our best to keep shipping affordable — in fact, we charge less for postage than it costs us, because we’d rather keep things simple and fair.

dispatch times

  • Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 noon will ship the next working day.

  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

​

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your parcel is on the way.

Please note: While we aim for prompt delivery, Royal Mail delays may occasionally occur. International orders may take longer and vary depending on customs or local processing.

Hairy Highlander ships internationally via various postage companies.
Please be aware:

  • Some destinations may charge customs fees, VAT, or local duties.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, Beard Balms, Butters, and Washes are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

To start a return, email: info@hairyhighlander.co.uk and request a Return Authorisation (RMA).

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your bank.

faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at info@hairyhighlander.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
